Refund Policy

All ClipCatalog purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.

14-day refund policy

If you purchased ClipCatalog through Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

All refund requests are submitted and processed through Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle's self-serve portal at paddle.net. Enter the email address you used when you purchased to look up your order, then submit a refund request.
