All ClipCatalog purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, visit Paddle's self-serve portal at paddle.net. Enter the email address you used when you purchased to look up your order, then submit a refund request.
If you need help or can't access your purchase in the portal, email support@clipcatalogpro.com.
Statutory rights
This refund policy does not limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, as Merchant of Record.
