Product

ClipCatalog is a Windows desktop application that scans video folders and builds a searchable library with thumbnails, detected content, and searchable transcripts. Face recognition is optional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ClipCatalog. By using ClipCatalog, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Trial

You may download and try ClipCatalog for free. The trial is limited to 500 videos or 10 hours of total video material. Purchasing a license removes the trial limits.

License

Subject to these Terms, PAULUS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ClipCatalog on devices you own or control. This license is for your personal or internal business use only.

• License type: Per person.
• Activations: 2 activations are included to support multiple PCs for the same person.
• Updates: Lifetime updates included.

You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. You may not share, sell, or sublicense your license key. For the full license terms, see the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Purchases & Payment

All purchases of ClipCatalog are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable Sales Tax, and refund processing on our behalf. When you purchase ClipCatalog, you are buying from Paddle, and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your transaction in addition to these Terms.

We do not directly process or store your payment information (such as credit card numbers). For details on what purchase-related data we receive from Paddle, see our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

ClipCatalog is designed to be local-first. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Optional app telemetry and error reporting are disabled by default and can be enabled or disabled in the app at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what data may be processed when enabled and for retention details.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ClipCatalog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Performance may vary depending on your hardware, video files, and storage devices. We do our best to ensure reliability, but we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PAULUS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of ClipCatalog, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ClipCatalog shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via a notice on our website). Your continued use of ClipCatalog after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Where those laws provide greater protection, they will apply.
