Sales and Merchant of Record

All purchases of ClipCatalog software are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd. or Paddle Inc., as applicable to the buyer's region) acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller for purchase, billing, and refund handling. From 19 June 2026, Paddle also provides the EU/EEA right-of-withdrawal button required by Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (inserted by Directive (EU) 2023/2673) and corresponding national transpositions such as § 356a BGB. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to your transaction in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

VAT and sales tax

PAULUS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC does not hold an EU VAT identification number. All consumption taxes applicable worldwide (e.g. VAT, sales tax, GST, and equivalents in other jurisdictions) are collected and remitted by Paddle in its capacity as Merchant of Record where applicable.

Online dispute resolution
